Clinic

Join Our Yahoo Chat Group! Get help, offer help, find out what's happening with feral cats in the greater Sacramento area!

Eartipping to identify already spay/neutered animals When feral cats attend our clinic we "tip" their ears so everyone will know this cat has already been spay/neutered. It's easy to see from a distance this cat belongs to a colony and does not need to be captured.

For the past 5 years, we have been working closely with the Sacramento SPCA to provide the C4CC feral cat clinics on the first Sunday of each month! The SSPCA also includes c linics on the second and third Sundays of each month. In addition, a grant funded (ASPCA) clinic is offered monthly on the fourth Sunday.

All of these clinics offer spay/neuter, ear tipping, all needed vaccinations and flea and ear mite treatment. The co-payment for each clinic is $15.00 per cat. The professional medical services are donated by licensed Veterinarians and UC Davis veterinary students. All ancillary services are provided by volunteers (like you!) and UC Davis veterinary students.
